Hi

Is it possible to link the responses to forms to placeholder fields in standard documents?

Or to use the jotform responses to put together a document.

Eg we have a standard policy document we want to send out to all our clients. We'd like to be able to generate this as a pdf with the name of the client and other information fed through from a jotform submission.

We'd also like the document to change based on some yes/no answers that get logged in submissions.

Is any of the above possible?

Hello there,

Thank you for contacting Jotform Support! Jotform can certainly accomplish the goals that you laid out here! Please see the User Guide below, which will help you create a PDF version of your form, and customize where each field that is filled out will be displayed on that document - [https://www.jotform.com/help/555-applying-form-submission-data-into-a-pdf-document](/content/help/555-applying-form-submission-data-into-a-pdf-document/index.html)

Once the initial PDF Template has been built, you can scroll through all of your submissions, and view them in the custom format that you created from the PDF Editor Tab of your dashboard.

Additionally, if your end users (the people filling out the form) need access to these documents as well, you can set up AutoResponder emails that will automatically send a PDF copy of the submission data to each user as soon as they complete your form.

Please reach back out with any additional questions, and have a great day!
